TTP PROJECTS – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the services provided by Tabe Trading & Projects (Pty) Ltd trading as TTP Projects (“TTP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES OVERVIEW

TTP provides engineering, technology design, security systems, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services as outlined in our company profile. Our offerings include but are not limited to CCTV surveillance, access control, X-ray security screening, electrical energy solutions, solar/power backup systems, and integrated security systems.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Project Information: Clients shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for TTP to perform services.

3.2 Access: Clients shall provide reasonable access to premises and systems as required for installation, maintenance, and service delivery.

3.3 Payment: Clients shall pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in the service contract within the specified timeframe.

3.4 Compliance: Clients shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our products and services.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

4.1 Project Timelines: While TTP strives to meet all project timelines, we cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

4.2 Modifications: Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may affect project timelines and costs.

4.3 Subcontractors: TTP may engage qualified subcontractors to assist in service delivery while maintaining overall responsibility for the quality of work.

5. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

5.1 Title Transfer: Title to equipment and materials shall pass to the client upon full payment.

5.2 Warranty: Equipment supplied by TTP carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Our installation work is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion.

5.3 Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance requirements will be specified in the service level agreement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership: TTP retains ownership of all intellectual property related to our products, including the Smart Security Integrating Controller System (SSICS), Complete Energy Monitoring & Management System (CEMMS), and other proprietary technologies.

6.2 License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use our products and systems for their intended purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Maximum Liability: TTP’s liability for any damages arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

7.2 Exclusions: TTP shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.

7.3 Force Majeure: TTP shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 By Client: Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for work completed and costs incurred.

8.2 By TTP: TTP may terminate services if the client breaches these terms or fails to pay invoices when due.
